Terms of Service

Membership & Billing
Studio 42 memberships are billed on a month-to-month basis. Payment is charged automatically through our secure payment processor at the start of each billing period. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges until you cancel.
Cancellation & Refunds
You may cancel your membership at any time through your billing portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current paid period. No partial refunds are provided for unused days within a billing cycle.
Plan Changes
Upgrades and downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle unless otherwise stated. Changes made to a family plan may require verification of covered members.
Failed Payments
If a payment fails, your membership may be paused or suspended until payment is successfully processed. We may retry failed payments automatically according to our payment processor's rules.
Liability & Conduct
Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and grappling involve physical contact and inherent risk of injury. All members must follow coach instructions, gym rules, and practice safely. Studio 42 is not liable for injuries resulting from disregard of safety guidance or failure to disclose medical conditions.
