Cancellation & Refunds

How to Cancel

You can cancel your membership at any time through the billing portal in your member account. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current paid billing period, and you keep access until that date.

Refund Policy

Studio 42 does not provide partial refunds for unused days within a billing cycle. All charges are month-to-month, and you remain responsible for the full period you paid for.

Failed Payments

If a payment fails, your membership may be paused or suspended until payment is successfully processed. We may retry failed payments automatically according to our payment processor's rules.

Billing Errors

If you believe you were charged in error, please contact us at info@studio42gc.com. We review billing disputes promptly and will correct verified mistakes.

Family Plans

Changes to a family plan may affect which members are covered. If the paying member cancels, covered family members lose access at the end of the current billing period.
